The basics
KnownVisitors turns the anonymous traffic already on your website into named, contactable people. A lightweight first-party pixel resolves US human visitors against a licensed identity graph, so you get a real name, email, phone, and location without asking anyone to fill out a form.
A lightweight first-party pixel watches your real human traffic and resolves anonymous US visitors against a licensed identity graph. On a confident match you get the real person: name, email, phone, and location, with no form required. The data is licensed from a registered data broker, and invalid emails are filtered before delivery.
No. Identification happens from the first-party pixel, with no forms, popups, or friction added to your site. You recover the people who would otherwise leave anonymous.
The resolved person: name, email, phone, and location, for the US human visitors we can match deterministically. Invalid emails are filtered before delivery, and the data is yours to keep, export, and use.
Those tools resolve a company from an IP address. They tell you a logo visited. KnownVisitors resolves the individual person: name, email, and phone. That is the difference between a lead and a logo.
Data, privacy & getting started
Each resolved contact is pushed to your webhook in real time, or you can export your contacts as CSV on your own schedule. You own the data either way.
Resolved contacts are delivered two ways: a real-time webhook and a CSV export. From there the data flows into whatever CRM, email platform, or automation you already run. We don't have prebuilt native integrations yet, so you connect KnownVisitors to your stack through the webhook or by importing the CSV.
Your data is licensed from a registered data broker that complies with CAN-SPAM and CCPA and US state privacy laws, and honors consumer opt-outs. Invalid emails are filtered before delivery, and every phone number arrives flagged against the Do Not Call registry, so you can filter before any outreach.
Yes. We honor consumer opt-outs and Do-Not-Sell requests, and the underlying data is licensed from a registered data broker that does the same. Anyone can opt out through our opt-out page.
No. It is one lightweight first-party snippet in your <head>, added directly or through your tag manager. No forms, no popups, no redesign, and it works for businesses of any size.
